(1) The meeting of the Committee will be called by the member-secretary as per the instructions of the chairman.
(2) When two-thirds of the members of the committee are present, a quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(3) The opinion of the majority of the members present on any matter presented in the meeting of the committee shall be considered as the decision of the committee.
(4) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary (5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
